SDA Newsletter SDA General Membership Meeting 8-24-2010
Our sixteenth SDA General Membership meeting of the year is scheduled for Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at 7:30 pm at the clubhouse. We will have an old-fashioned 'pizza dinner' to mark the end of the dog days of summer. So, everyone come prepared to celebrate and eat a slice of pizza. So, again let us know who will be eating by calling John (305-793-3081) Henry (786-525-7034) or Russell (305-812-1385).
SDA General Membership Meeting 8-10-2010
Our fifteenth SDA General Membership meeting of the year is scheduled for Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at 7:30 pm at the clubhouse. This is a dinner meeting with special speaker. John Melchior with help from Nancy, me, and anyone else who wants to, will be having John's speciality 'hot-dogs with saurkraut' and all the condiments, one of those desserts, and on and on. You know its going to be delicious as usual, just $8.00. So, do RSVP to John (305-793-3081) or me (305-812-1385).
SDA General Membership Meeting 7-27-2010
Our fourteenth SDA General Membership meeting of the year is scheduled for Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at 7:30 pm at the clubhouse. This is summer time and many may be away for R&R or just whacked-out, so make a special effort to come just relax abit, you will feel better by just being with some super anglers.
SDA General Membership Meeting 7-13-2010
Our thirteenth SDA General Membership meeting of the year is scheduled for Tuesday July 13, 2010 at 7:30 pm at the clubhouse. This will be a dinner meeting with Dr. Herman Watson, chef, preparing 'maverick' shrimp over grits. No kidding guys, this is a famous Charleston, SC receipe that we tried at the BOD meeting on Tuesday, July 6, 2010. Dr. Herman did an experiment on us BOD members and you will be glad to know that it was a unanimous vote to share this meal with the entire membership. This is a winner, shrimp stir-fried with Polska Kielbasa sauage, over 'Georgia Grits', covered with chopped scallons, tomato, green pepper, and shredded cheese. We are going to add tossed salad and dessert to this, all for $12.00 per person. Folks, I am telling you, you will enjoy this speciality. Please RSVP to Capt. Al Juliachs (305-297-0211), to Henry Acosta (786-525-7034), or to me (305-812-1385) as soon as possible so we can prepare for this occassion.
